How are your products made?
Our custom products are made on demand. Once you place an order, work begins on your order soon after.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please take care to verify that the email entered is the right one. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at team@railagainstthenorm.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are so sorry if you received the wrong product, or the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at team@railagainstthenorm.com with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order, within three business days of receipt of said product. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! If we are notified outside of the three business day window, replacements will be at your own expense, but we will cover shipping for you. Shipping method and/or speed will be at the sole discretion of Rail Against The Norm®.
