When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time

depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

 An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. As the accuracy of all information provided to us at checkout by the customer, and/or their agent/representative(s), (i.e. name, shipping/billing address, email, telephone, payment information, etc.), is the sole responsibility of the customer, and/or their agent/representative(s). While replacements will be at your own expense, we will ship replacements out to you for free. Shipping method and/or speed will be at the sole discretion of Rail Against The Norm®’.
  2. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
  3. Ask your local post office, or other courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc.) if they have your package
  4. Check the status of the shipment via the tracking ID number. Is the delivery still pending? Has it been rescheduled? Or showing as delivered, etc.? 


If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office, or with another courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc.), or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at team@railagainstthenorm.com and provide us your order number. We will be happy to assist you in contacting said service to track it down. 


If the shipping address was correct and the tracking ID number says that it was delivered, but you still don’t have the product(s), get in touch with us still at team@railagainstthenorm.com and provide us with your order number. We will be happy to assist you in contacting your post office or courier to open an investigatory case. While replacements will be at your own expense, we will ship replacements out to you for free. Shipping method and/or speed will be at the sole discretion of Rail Against The Norm®.

Orders

How are your products made?

Our custom products are made on demand. Once you place an order, work begins on your order soon after.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please take care to verify that the email entered is the right one. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at team@railagainstthenorm.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We are so sorry if you received the wrong product, or the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at team@railagainstthenorm.com with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order, within three business days of receipt of said product. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! If we are notified outside of the three business day window, replacements will be at your own expense, but we will cover shipping for you. Shipping method and/or speed will be at the sole discretion of Rail Against The Norm®.  

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All of our items are custom printed once ordered so we do not offer returns and exchanges. We want you to be 100% happy with our items though, so if there is something wrong with your item(s), please send us clear photos of the issue(s) with explanation to team@railagainstthenorm.com and we will be happy to make it right! 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

All of our items are custom printed once ordered so we do not offer exchanges. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at team@railagainstthenorm.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the mislabeled item, and we will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!  

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. We offer store credit up to the full price of the order, if you the customer:

  • have received the wrong and/or damaged merchandise,
  • have notified us at team@railagainstthenorm.com within three business days of receipt of the merchandise with clear photos of said merchandise.

Out of Stock and/or Alternative Product(s)

If a Product the Customer has ordered goes out of stock, the Product might be substituted at the Fulfillment Center’s own discretion and without any express notification with the most appropriate Product alternative in the order to avoid fulfillment delays, unless Fulfillment Center can't find a comparable replacement, in which case the Customer will still need to wait for the original Product to be restocked. If the Product alternative costs more than the original Product being substituted, Fulfillment Center will charge the price Customer has paid for the order of the Product. For Product alternatives that cost less than the original Product, Rail Against The Norm® will issue store credit for the difference. 

Sizing

What size am I?

Measurements are provided by suppliers. Product measurements may vary by up to 2" (5 cm). Suppliers/Manufacturers sizing charts are included in the product description sections of each product, if applicable and when available.


If you are unsure which size would fit better, we suggest measuring yourself.  wikiHow has great videos on how to do just that for both men and women. Click here to view.  We’ve also posted a couple of links for U.S. standard sizing charts below as a guideline-not a guarantee.
